Lais Carvalho

Lais works as a Software Developer at Workday. Her work in the Python community started in 2018 when she joined Python Ireland being the first black female member of the non-profit organisation. She is an experienced DevRel who now advocates for underrepresented minorities in technology. This is her second consecutive year running a HumbleData workshop in person at a EuroPython Conference. Lais is excited about food, documentation, and communication. Her main core values are courage and kindness.
