Phil Elson
Biography
Phil Elson was the creator of conda-forge, and formerly on the matplotlib steering council. Today, he is responsible for the Python platform used across the CERN accelerator and technology sector, including the package repository, the Python distributions, core Accelerator control libraries, and the Python DevOps infrastructure.
